Natalie Beach is the founder and creative force behind Kitchen Envy and Tile Envy. An award-winning designer, she has expanded the business into a leading design firm known for its elevated aesthetic and thoughtful execution. Her background in interior design, business and sales, enriches her work with both creativity and strategy, allowing her wide range of skills to uniquely guide each project.
Since founding Kitchen Envy in 2011, Natalie has transformed the company into a full-service firm, personally selecting a team that ensures the projects’ growth nationwide. These projects span multiple states, including a multimillion-dollar historic renovation in Princeton and an astronaut's residence in Texas.
Her distinguished eye is evident in designs like these, earning her multiple awards, repeat placement on the Beaches Tour of Homes, editorial recognition in local magazines like Babes Who Hustle, and features in various national publications.
Despite the ever-expanding reach of her company, Natalie remains an active part of the projects, providing intentional oversight in each design’s direction and ensuring a consistently high standard of quality across the Kitchen Envy brand.

Having been with Kitchen Envy for more than a decade, Rachael has developed a comprehensive understanding of the business from every operational angle. She led the formation and launch of Tile Envy from concept through opening and now oversees operations across both brands, including staff, vendors, logistics, and long-range planning. Her work provides the structure that allows the design team to focus on the creative, while she remains actively involved in the company’s strategic growth as it continues to expand.

Morgan brings a STEM background to her role as Head of Cabinetry, where she oversees the technical execution of cabinetry projects across the studio. Her analytical approach is particularly suited to the demands of cabinetry, where measurement, specification, and installation accuracy define the final result. She is also an active designer on the team, leading her own projects while working closely with fellow designers to ensure every cabinetry package is delivered exactly as envisioned.

With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design, Jacqui brings both formal education and hands-on experience to her work. Especially drawn to historic homes and midcentury work, she enjoys balancing original character with modern functionality. Her projects reflect a strong sensibility in design instincts, leading to prominent recognition in Dwell magazine. Favoring the tactile and the enduring over the trend-driven, she approaches every project with creative confidence that manifests in the details that clients notice most.

MORGAN MORAN
Morgan trained under the firm’s senior designers, extensively curating her sharp designer’s eye through the expertise of the Kitchen Envy team. Her skills were further proven when she earned placement in Architectural Digest. With a natural affinity for fashion and textiles, Morgan approaches interiors with a nuanced understanding of how silhouette, material, and proportion work in harmony. Now established as a distinct creative voice within the team, her work is defined by a discerning attention to detail, resulting in spaces that feel both layered and deeply personal.

CHUCK WOMACK
Chuck brings 30 years of design experience and nine years as a North Florida Realtor to every project, approaching design and real estate as two sides of the same conversation. He views the kitchen, the floor plan, and the finish selections as decisions that shape both daily life and long-term value. He recently served as designer and listing agent on one of the most significant builds in Ponte Vedra Beach history. During the project, he guided the client through the land acquisition and the sale of their prior residence, this work demonstrates the full scope of his services.

Christy began her career at Kitchen Envy in 2012, later founding and running her own design firm, which gave her deeper understanding of the business. Now, having returned to the studio with that depth of knowledge, she brings a highly proficient perspective to her projects. Her work spans kitchens, baths, and hard finishes; paired with her love of cooking and entertaining, this allows her to create spaces that are both functional and inviting. Based in Fernandina Beach, she serves as a bridge between the firm's Jacksonville and Amelia Island client bases.

HALEY CLAYTON
Raised in the design industry and formally educated in Interior Design Marketing & Management, Haley combines lifelong exposure with technical expertise and NKBA certification. Along with her certification, she spent a decade at a design-build firm equipping her with rare dual fluency in the design and construction side of the process. Her mother, an interior designer, trained her eye since childhood to recognize how design elevates a homeowner’s life in the kitchen. Further than her close client collaborations, she brings a valuable ability to carry complex projects from first concept through final install while maintaining the through-line of the design.

CHRISTINA BOFILL
With degrees in both architecture and interior design, Christina works across the full arc of a project, from CAD drafting and space planning through interior finish selection. She has a gift for sourcing, seeking out distinctive materials that enrich a space down to the smallest detail. Her father being an architect and her mother active in the residential real estate market, gave her an all-encompassing view of how a home comes together. Her architecturally entrenched upbringing, paired with her university education, enhances her ability to design both the architecture and interior as a cohesive final product.

Cindy is a Certified Kitchen and Bath Designer with three decades in the industry and a lifelong connection to the work. Inspired early on by the women in her family who were always reimagining the rooms around them, she employs deep rooted familiarity with a designer’s mindset. Before joining Kitchen Envy, she built and ran her own small design business, giving her both a designer's and owner's outlook on every project. She embodies a steady source of product knowledge, vendor relationships, and sound counsel for both clients and colleagues.

With a background in software implementation and years in corporate America, Kevin brings a systems driven approach to the operational side of Kitchen Envy. He manages receiving, logistics, and the delivery of large-scale cabinetry and tile orders, overseeing the choreography that connects the studio to the job site. Kevin is a significant part of how projects stay on schedule, ensuring materials are organized and ready for seamless installation.

With over 10 years of experience in design and sales, Nikki plays a central role in the tile and flooring selection across many Kitchen Envy projects. She collaborates with the outside builders, interior designers, and homeowners who work with Tile Envy, sourcing and curating exclusive tile collections that meet the client’s vision. Her work reflects Tile Envy’s standard to execute projects at the highest level, creatively, technically, and professionally. Tile and flooring infuse a space with personality, so Nikki’s curation plays an invaluable role in a project’s final product.

Suzi joined Kitchen Envy during a period of significant growth within the firm and has become a central figure in its day-to-day operations. Her background spans retail, journalism, advertising, and finance, a combination that prepared her well for the precision required in bookkeeping and office management. He is often the final set of hands on a project, responsible for translating cabinetry design into its installed reality. Known for his attention to detail and commitment to quality in every installation, Kevin works closely with the design team to ensure the final product reflects his standards.
